WAS YOUR ITEM DAMAGED IN SHIPING?
If your item was damaged in shipping please contact us by phone at (909) 272-7034 or email us at email@example.com within 24 hours. Save all packaging and shipping materials and take pictures. After returning the item and reviewing the details we will replace or refund the item and all shipping charges involved.
NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We accept returns/exchanges on items within 15 days of receipt. The item must be in unused condition and contain all original packaging contents. Please contact us by phone at (909) 272-7034 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied toward all refunds/exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
DID YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
If you received the wrong item please contact us by phone at (909) 272-7034 or email us at email@example.com within 48 hours to return the item. After inspection we will ship the correct item and cover all shipping charges involved.
DID YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
If your product is defective please contact us by phone at (909) 272-7034 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We honor the manufacturer warranty against all defective products. Please check with the manufacturer to verify the terms of your products warranty. Depending on the warranty terms and conditions your product will either be repaired or replaced and returned to you in most cases at no charge to the customer.
